Many solutions using all capacities already exist but are not broadly implemented.
Holistic solutions exist as combination between fields (it does not make sense to implement healthcare solutions if we continue to drink dirty water and eat food that originates cancer).

Humanity does not use the major energy sources that exist: Sun, Light, Water and Gravity. The most efficient energy process on Earth is photosynthesis. We have not been able to copy it. From the Sun, Earth receives 8x the amount of energy that it consumes annually. Gravity or light are other examples. It can all be used.


The water we know (from the tap) is completely different from the water we need (“living water”) like rain water in the Amazon or from a river after naturally meandering hundreds of kilometres. First there is a clean-up job to be done. From everybody’s tap to complete river systems to entire oceans. Then there is a system to be implemented that keeps water clean. And last there is a system to be implemented that keeps water stable worldwide, which is one of the most dangerous tipping points that Humanity faces in terms of climate change.


We (Humanity) cannot feed ourselves if we need two Earths to do so. And we cannot feed ourselves in ways that results in infirmities. There is a system that allows for Humanity to feed itself in a healthy, natural and sustainable way, presenting models that provide for 10B, 20B or even 30B humans on Earth.


“Environment” was added to the S3000 program as a clean-up program. From tens of thousands of landfills to hundreds of potential “Fukushima’s”, elements of other S3000 programs will not work if major environmental are not engaged.


Our body is based on water, and it needs to be fed with “living water” in order to operate according to the manual. Then it needs its internal ETAR working in an optimized way. A water-based healthcare system, combining 5000 years of accumulated medical knowhow is the basis for simple solutions for 90% of the known today’s infirmities.

S3000 Objectives

SELECTION AND LIAISON OFFICE FOR TECHNOLOGIES
There exist three units, in Russia, in Germany and in Canada. These units are operational. The function of the units is to search & identify and select the technologies needed and support the scientific team behind to integrate itself into the S3000 program.

INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE TO PRODUCE EQUIPMENT
Specific products and materials are needed to support the program, like for example a special titanium alloy. The same is valid for specific equipment or machinery. This is to be centrally produced, via an industrial program.

DESIGN ECONOMICALLY VIABLE PROJECT STRATEGY
For dozens of technologies DEMO projects and the necessary industrial infrastructures have been designed.

BUILD DEMO PLANTS
Major technologies and concepts need DEMO projects to show the functionality and educated its operations, before countries can implement each individual concept.

FROM LAB TO PROTOTYPE TO MARKET
The foreseen technology campus (multiple) is to support scientific teams to work from lab model to real-time prototype.

STRUCTURE COUNTRY PROGRAMS
Country wise specific implementation programs are to be developed. A country like Indonesia has completely different needs than a country like Canada.

Is a 5G blue economy biofuel technology capable in transforming coal/biomass/waste into energy, petrochemicals and pharma products. The process comes with an urban mining program (recovery of all prime materials from the input out of waste, incl. rare earth and precious metals). RCP owns the patents of the technology.
